How to become AEK
Think you have what it takes to
become one of us. You very well could be the next member. But we need to get to know you.
Register in our forums to start.
(Note, that simply registering in the forums DOES NOT
make you AEK nor entitle you to put tags in front of your name.)
Then tell us a little about yourself. Next play often in
the servers and follow our rules. In due time you may receive an invite to try out. We'll
ask you, don't ask us. Anyone wishing to join the AEK clan must meet the following qualifications:
1. Must be an active registered member on the AEK website. This member should have a post in the NEW MEMBERS section telling the AEK clan a little about himself / herself.
2. Must have been registered for 30 days or more and been active in the forums. If the only posts you have is one in NEW MEMBERS and one here asking "when is my tryout?"...this is not what we consider active.
3. Must be at least 17 years of age.
4. Must not be a current member of another COD gaming clan. This includes COD, CODUO, or COD2.
5. Must complete an AEK application for new membership.
Once a member has met the above qualifications, a tryout date will be set by the TRYOUTS Department. At that time, the applicant will be told how the tryout will work and what minimum scores must be achieved.
If an applicant fails to meet the minimum scores to pass a tryout, he or she may receive a second tryout, at a later date, after some retraining by the TRYOUTS Department. If an applicant fails to meet the minimum scores on the second tryout, that applicant will be counseled by the TRYOUTS Department and either be given a final chance to pass based on the circumstances or be released from tryouts.
If at anytime during a tryout, an applicant displays an unprofessional attitude, he or she may be released immediately WITHOUT receiving a second chance.
Before you ask for a tryout, make sure you think it through. The AEK clan is looking for members that will properly represent AEK and bring something to the clan. We are professionals that like to have fun. We are a strong clan....a brotherhood.
Make no mistake...being an AEK clan member will require a commitment on your part. Do you have what it takes?
